Project Description
The FMF Cape Breton Shop Consolidation Project has faced many
technical and project management challenges over its life.
The project is currently in the definition and execution of Phase
4 of 5 phases and the Department of National Defence needed to
increase their confidence in the budget they were defining for
this phase of the project.
ENGCOMP provided project evaluation and risk
analysis services to assist the project team in preparing a deliverable
to National Defence Headquarters that would capture the project
uncertainty and give everyone the level of confidence they require.
