ENGCOMP Runs For The Cure
A dedicated group of ENGCOMP staff, led by
Volunteer Organizer Laurie Hnetka, participated with thousands
of other Canadians in CIBC's nationwide Run For The Cure held
on October 4, 2009.
Six staff members were part of the ENGCOMP team
raising a total of $1272.90 through individual fundraising, with
Hnetka leading the way raising the most funds by an individual.
ENGCOMP's volunteer committee also hosted a fundraising BBQ to
add to the effort.
"I'd like to personally thank Laurie
for all her hard work and ensuring that ENGCOMP was a successful
participant in the 2009 Run For The Cure." Jason Mewis
ENGCOMP President said, "My sincere thanks to our ENGCOMP
team for taking part in this worthy cause."
